PAYMENT

We accept four forms of payment:

1. Secure Direct Merchant Credit Card Processing – Visa, Mastercard & American Express

2. Paypal – Verified Accounts & Confirmed Addresses Only

PLEASE NOTE – When making credit card payments, it may take anywhere from 2 to 4 days to authenticate your payment. At the time of check-out, we only pre-authorize your credit card. Once your payment is checked and verified it will be processed and your goods will only ship after this time. To avoid delays, please make sure your billing address matches your shipping address when paying on credit card and please ensure that ALL fields are correctly filled in. We reserve the right to reject any payment which we believe to be fraudulent. To reduce the turnover time, you may want to pay via paypal if you have a verified account and confirmed address as we can ship right away.

3. Bank Wire Transfer – If you would like to send a wire transfer direct to our bank account in USD, please select this option upon check-out and our information will be provided. Goods will ship once payment is received.

4. Western Union – You can also pay us via Western Union, once again please select this option upon check-out and the details will be provided.

PLEASE NOTE: If your order is over $3000 and you are paying on credit card we require that you fill out and sign our processing form and e-mail it back to us. This is done as a fraud prevention measure to protect you as the client.


SHIPPING

We ship anywhere in the world where all major courier companies ship. The companies we use include: DHL / TNT / FedEx / UPS / Exim Express / Bombino Express / EMS / Post Office. The company we use to ship your order is based on the region of the world you are located in.

Delivery is estimated at 15-30 business days after payment’s received and cleared/processed.

PLEASE NOTE – Due to the high volume we are currently experiencing, orders will ship within 4 -5 business days after order is received. We apologize for this.

Delivery time depends on your location in the world. In the odd case delivery time may be longer due to customs in your region, however in some cases it is also shorter than 15 days.

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE BUT WE DO NOT SHIP TO FRANCE, KOREA OR GERMANY – PLEASE E-MAIL US IF YOU WANT TO SHIP TO THESE COUNTRIES AS WE MAY BE ABLE TO ARRANGE SOMETHING FOR YOU

REFUND / EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL – Due to the nature of the “Stocklot” business.

However, if you have a major problem with your received order you have 72 hours to inform us about the problem.

You must send us detailed picture(s) and e-mail us at lowpriceshop@live.com with a detailed description of the problem for us to investigate.

After our investigation, if the problem is legitimate, your account will be credited or refunded accordingly

If for what ever reasons you have to return the product after a dispute, PLEASE NOTE, re-stocking fees are 25% of the price you’ve paid plus all shipping costs back to senders address are your responsibility
